3. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data provided by you through the Site will be processed by Humilis for the following purposes:
a) registration on the Humilis website and everything necessary for the provision of the Services offered, which takes place mainly using automated and computerized methods, pre-contractual agreements, as well as concluding and executing the fulfillment of your orders.
b) In the aforementioned cases, on the occasion of some services Humilis will provide you with further and specific information on the processing of personal data, in addition to this privacy statement.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes described above (point a) is the provision of a contracted service itself or the response to a request and do not require consent under applicable law.

5. TRANSFERS
Humilis does not transfer personal data abroad on its own initiative. However, some third parties, service providers, may have their servers physically located abroad (as in the case of e-mail providers). In such cases, the transfer of data abroad will take place exclusively within and in compliance with EU Reg. 679/2016 (Art. 44 ss.)
6. DATA STORAGE
Your personal data will be stored within the European Union and the related security policies are reviewed in accordance with the rules of good practice on the subject.
Humilis will process your personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes detailed and indicated in point 3. for a limited period of time that varies according to the type of activity that involves the processing of personal data.
After this period, your data will be permanently deleted or in any case made irreversibly anonymous.
The data collected during the purchase of goods on the Humilis website are processed until all administrative and accounting formalities have been completed and archived in accordance with local tax legislation and will be kept for ten years.
The data collected to conclude and execute contracts will be kept for ten years from the date of conclusion of the contract) billing data will be kept for ten years from the invoice date.
Your data, as a registered User, entered by the same when registering on the site, will be kept until the deletion of the profile is requested.
The data communicated by you to Humilis when using the "contact us" service will be kept for 12 months from the communication, unless stipulated in contracts.
